Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan teknik dasar servis atas dengan mengunakan model pembelajaraan explicit instruction pada siswa SMP N 1 TAPA. Hipotesis tindakan yakniâ jika menggunakan model pembelajaranmakaketerampilandasar P servis atas dalam permainan bola voli pada siswa kelas VIII akan meningkatâ. Indikator kinerja jika rata-rata terjadi peningkatan servis atas dalam permainan bola voli pada siswa kelas VIII smp n 1 Tapa mencapai klasifikasi nilai sebesar 80% maka penelitian ini selesai serta dinyatakan berhasil.

Abstract
The purpose of this action research was to determine the increase in the basic techniques of using the service on the model pembelajaraan explicit instruction to students of SMP N 1 TAPA. The hypothesis that the action "when using P pembelajaranmakaketerampilandasar model of servicing up in the game of volleyball in the eighth grade students will be increased". Performance indicators if the average increase in service on the volleyball games at class VIII smp n 1 Tapa achieve the classification of a value of 80%, this research is completed and declared successful.
