Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dasar start jongkok melalui metode keseluruhan pada siswa kelas V SDN 74 Kota Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dalam bentuk perbaikan pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan gerak dasar siswa.
