Abstract

Abstrak Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yakni kurangnya kemampuan siswa dalam melakukan teknik dasar lompat jauh gaya jongkok dengan baik dan benar, serta pemilihan metode yang belum optimal dalam pelaksanaannya. Tujuan penelitian yakni untuk meningkatkan gerak dasar lompat jauh gaya jongkok melalui metode bagian keseluruhan pada siswa kelas V SDN 83 Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan yakni metode bagian keseluruhan Kata Kunci : Lompat jauh gaya jongkok, metode bagian keseluruhan Abstract The problem in this research is the basis of athletic ability motion sprint in learning penjasorkes still lacking, a lack of mastery of basic athletic motion sprint and application of the method is still not effective. Empirically goal in this class action is to improve the basic motion sprint through models play in class V SDN No. 35 District of Dumbo Kingdom City Gorontalo, the model used the model of play.
