Abstract

Zulkifli Usman. 831415121. 2021. Hubungan Antara Power Otot Tungkai Dengan Hasil Lompat Jauh Pada Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Kabila. Jurusan Pendidikan Keolahragaan Fakultas Olahraga dan Kesehatan Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, dibawah bimbingan Bapak Drs. H. Ahmad Lamusu, M.Pd selaku Pembimbing I dan Bapak Ruslan, S.Pd, M.Pd selaku Pembimbing II. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara power otot tungkai dengan hasil lompat jauh.
Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi yaitu suatu penelitian yang dirancang untuk menigkatkan hubungan variable-variable yang berbeda dalam suatu populasi dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi antara variable bebas dan variable terikat. Instrument dalam penelitian ini adalah tes standing board jump.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, deskripsi, pengujian hasil penelitian, dan pembahasan, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa: Hubungan Antara Power Otot Tungkai Dengan Hasil Lompat Jauh Pada Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Kabila. Data menunjukkan rhitung (0.776) > rtabel (0.444). Jadi ada hubungan variabel bebas dengan variabel terikatnya adalah signifikan. Dari data tersebut dapat menjawab hipotesis bahwa ada Hubungan Antara Power Otot Tungkai Dengan Hasil Lompat Jauh Pada Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Kabila.

Zulkifli Usman. 831415121. 2021. The Relationship Between Limb Muscle Power And Long Jump Results In Grade VII Students of SMP Negeri 1 Kabila. Department of Sports Education Faculty of Sports and Health Gorontalo State University, under the guidance of Mr. Drs. H. Ahmad Lamusu, M.Pd as Supervisor I and Mr. Ruslan, S.Pd, M.Pd as Supervisor II. The goal to be achieved from this study is to find out the relationship between limb muscle power and long jump results.
The design of this study is correlation research which is a study designed to improve the relationship of different variables in a population and aims to find out how much contribution between free variables and bound variables. The instrument in this study is a standing board jump test.
Based on the results of data analysis, description, testing of research results, and discussion, it can be concluded that: The Relationship Between Limb Muscle Power And Long Jump Results In Grade VII Students of SMP Negeri 1 Kabila. The data shows rhitung (0.776) > rtabel (0.444). So there is a free variable relationship with the variable bound to it is significant. From the data can answer the hypothesis that there is a Relationship Between Limb Muscle Power With Long Jump Results In Grade VII Students of SMP Negeri 1 Kabila.
