RETNO SATRIAWAN LINGGOTU,NIM.832 410 022."Pengaruh Latihan Meraih Sasaran Plyometrik Terhadap Lay-up Shoot Pada Permainan Bola Basket Oleh Siswa Kelas X SMK NEGERI 1 GORONTALO" Skripsi dibawa bimbingan I Ahmad Lamusu, S.pd. M.pd dan Pembimbing II Ucok Hasian Refiater M.pd. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah ada pengaruh Latihan Meraih Sasaran Plyometrik Terhadap Lay-Up shoot Pada Permainan Bola Basket Oleh Siswa Kelas X SMK N 1 Gorontalo? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan Meraih sasaran plyometrik Terhadap kemampuan lay-up shoot Siswa Putra Kelas X SMK Negeri I Gorontalo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian experimen yang dilakukan di SMK NEGERI 1 GORONTALO Tahun 2015 dengan menggunakan desain Randowmized Pre Test-Post test dan mengambil 10% sampel dari Keseluruhan populasi 240 siswa. Dari hasil pengujian Pre-test dan Post-test menunjukan hasil pengujian diperoleh thitung = 11,83 Nilai ttabel pada = 0,05; dk = n-1 (20-1 = 19) diperoleh sebesar =1,729 , dengan demikian thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (thitung =11,83 â ttabel = 1,729). Berdasarkan kriteria pengujian bahwa terima Ha : jika thitung â ttabel pada = 0,05; n-1, oleh karena itu hipotesis alternatif atau Ha dapat diterim, sehinga dapat disimpulkan hipotesis penulis yang berbunyi "Terdapat Pengaruh Latihan Meraih Sasaran Plyometrik Terhadap Kemampuan Lay-Up Shoot Pada Siswa Putra Kelas X SMK NEGERI 1 GORONTALO". Dapat di terima Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan, Pada hasil pengujian T diperoleh thiting sebesar 11,83 sedangkan ttabel 1,729, sehinga thiting berada didalam daerah penerimaan Ha dan HO Ditolak maka terdapat Pengaruh latihan meraih sasaran plyometrik terhadap kemampuan melakukan lay-up shoot pada sisiwa putra kelas X SMK NEGERI 1 GORONTALO.

Problems in this study is Are there exercises influence Achieving Goals Against Plyometrik shoot Lay-Up At Basketball Game By Class X SMK N 1 Gorontalo?
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of exercise Reaching the target plyometrik Against ability lay-up shoot Students Son Class X SMK Gorontalo. This study is an experimental research conducted at SMK Negeri 1 GORONTALO 2015 using the design Randowmized Test Pre-Post test and take a 10% sample of the overall population of 240 students.
From the test results Pre-test and post-test shows the test results obtained t = 11.83 Value ttable at = 0.05; dk = n-1 (20-1 = 19) were obtained for = 1.729, thus thitung greater than ttable (t = 11.83 â ttabel
= 1.729). Based on testing criteria that accept Ha: if t count â ttable at = 0.05; n-1, therefore the alternative hypothesis or Ha can diterim, so that we can conclude the authors hypothesized that reads "There Influence of Exercise Achieving Goals Against Plyometrik ability Lay-Up Shoot On Son Class X student of SMK Negeri 1 GORONTALO". Acceptable
Based on these results it can be concluded, the test results obtained thiting T amounted to 11.83 while ttable 1,729, so that thiting located in the reception area and HO Ha Rejected then there Effect of exercise on the ability to reach the target plyometrik make lay-up shoot at sisiwa son of a class X SMK Negeri 1 GORONTALO.
