Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah : ..."apakah terdapat Perbandingan pengaruh latihan Sprint Training terhadap Kemampuan Lari 100 Meter dalam Cabang Olahraga Atletik Pada Siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 7 Gorontalo ..."
Tujuan Penelitian : untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh latihan hollow Sprint terhadap kemampuan lari 100 meter dalam cabang olahraga Atletik pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 7 Gorontalo. Metode penelitian : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Eksperimen. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan tehnik pengujian statistik deskritif dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Dari hasil analisis data eksperimen hasil data pre-tes dan post-tes pada pengujian t yaitu diperoleh harga thitung 12,95 sedangkan untuk harga ttabel pada =0,05 ; dk = N1 + N2 " 2 = 10 +10 " 2 = 18 diperoleh sebesar 32,72.
Desain penelitian ini adalah : One Group Pre test and Post test. Sampel penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 7 Gorontalo sebanyak 20 orang.
Dengan demikian thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (thitung 12,95 > ttabel = 32,72). Berdasrkan kriteria pengujian bahwa tolak H0 : jika thitung > ttabel pada 0,05; N1, oleh karena itu hipotesis ltenativ atau Ha dapat diterima, sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa terdapat ..."Pengaruh Latihan Sprint training dan Hollow Sprint Terhadap Kemampuan Lompat Jauh Dalam Cabang Olahraga Atletik Pada Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 7 Gorontalo.

Problems in this study is: "if there is a comparison of the effects of exercise training on the ability of Sprint Running 100 meters in Athletics Sports Branch In seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 7 Gorontalo"
Objective: to determine how much influence the Sprint hollow exercise in the ability to run 100 meters in sports Athletics in the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 7 Gorontalo. Methods: This study is a research experiment. To test the hypothesis testing technique used descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing using t test. From the analysis of experimental data the data results of pre-tests and post-tests to test t is obtained thitung 12.95 while price to the price ttable at = 0.05; dk = N1 + N2 - 2 = 10 + 10 - 2 = 18 obtained at 32.72.
Design of this study are: One Group Pre and Post test test. The research sample was done in the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 7 Gorontalo many as 20 people.
Thus thitung greater than ttabel (thitung 12.95> table = 32.72). Pursuant to the testing criteria that reject H0: if t count> t table at 0.05; N1, therefore hypothesis Ha ltenativ or acceptable, so it can be stated that there are "Effects of exercise training and Hollow Sprint Sprint Against Capabilities In the Long Jump Athletics Sports Branch In Seventh Grade Students of SMP Negeri 7 Gorontalo.
