Effect Of Exercise Stride Against Crossover Ability Jump Long Jump Squat Style Sports Men's Athletic Students of Class VIII SMP Country 7 Gorontalo City. The problem in this research is the ability to long jump Men's Class VIII students of SMP Cauntry 7 yet maxima. Are there Crossover Effect of Exercise Stride Jump Long Jump Ability Against Squatting Style Sports Men's Athletic Students of class VIII SMP Cauntry 7 Gorontalo City. Objective Research to find out how much Crossover Effect of Exercise Stride Jump Long Jump Ability Against Squatting Style Sports Men's Athletic Students of Class VIII SMP Cauntry 7 Gorontalo City. Research methods. This study is a research experiment. To test the hypothesis testing is used taknik descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing using t test. the results are data pre-test and post-test on the test t is obtained t calculate price of 1.74, while prices on the table t = 0.05; dk = n-1 (20-1 = 19) were obtained for 1,729. Thus t is greater than t table - (1.74 t count> t table = 1.729). Based on testing criteria that reject H0: if t> t table at 0.05; n-1, therefore Ha acceptable, so it can be stated that there Crossover Effect of Exercise Stride Jump Long Jump Ability Against Squatting Gata Sports Men's Athletic Students of Class VIII SMP Cauntry 7 Gorontalo City.
