NIM 832 411 080 TAHUN 2016 "PENGARUH LATIHAN HIGH BOX JUMP TERHADAP LOMPAT TINGGI GAYA GUNTING PADA SISWA KELAS X SMA NEGERI 2 GORONTALO'' Program Studi S1 Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga, Jurusan Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga, Fakultas Olahraga dan Kesehatan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Tujuan penelitian ini didasarkan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh latihan High Box Jump terhadap lompat tinggi gaya gunting pada siswa kelas XSMA Negeri 2 Gorontalo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitain Eksperimen dengan desain penelitian: One Group Test, dan populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Gorontalo dan sampel berjumlah 20 orang.
Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan pengujian statistik deskritif dan uji hipotesis menggunakan Uji t. Dari hasil analisis data eksperimen hasil data pre-test dan post-test pada pengujian uji t yaitu terdapat hasil thitung 10,93 sedangkan untuk hasil ttabel 0.05; dk = n-1 (20-1 =19) diperoleh harga ttebel = 1.729. Dengan demikian thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (thitung 10,93 > ttabel 1.729 ).
Berdasarkan kretiria pengujian bahwa tolak H0 : jika thitung > ttabel pada 0.05; = n-1, oleh karena itu hipotesis Ha dapat diterima, sehingga dapat dinyatakan terdapat "pengaruh latihan High Box Jump terhadap lompat tinggi gaya gunting pada siswa kelas XSMA Negeri 2 Gorontalo".

The purpose of this study is based to determine how much influence the exercise of High Box Jump to scissor style high jump in Class 2 State X SMA Gorontalo. This study is penelitain experiment with the design of the study: One Group Test, and the population in the study were all students of class X SMA Negeri 2 Gorontalo and a sample of 20 people. To test the hypothesis used descriptive statistical tests and hypothesis testing using ttest. From the analysis of experimental data the data results of the pre-test and post-test on the test results of the t test that is contained tcount 10.93 while for the results ttable 0:05; dk = n-1 (20-1 = 19) were obtained price ttable = 1,729. Thus tcount greater than ttable (10.93 t count> t table 1,729).
Based on criteria testing that reject H0: if t count> t table at 0:05; = N-1, therefore the hypothesis Ha acceptable, so that it can be stated there is "High Box Jump exercise influence on the scissor style high jump in Class 2 Gorontalo State X SMA".
