Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Hubungan Panjang Lengan Dan Kekuatan Otot Lengan Dengan Hasil Lemparan ke dalam pada Atlet Spak Bola PNB FC.
Subjek Penelitian yang digunakan adalah atlet PNB FC dengan Sampel berjumlah 10 atlet. Taknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran dimana untuk mengukur panjang lengan dari sendi bahu sampai pada ujung jari tengah dengan satuan centimeter dan dalam pengukuran kekuatan otot lengan dapat diukur melalui Push-up, sedangkan mengetahui hasil lemparan ke dalam, perlu menggunakan tes lemparan kedalam.
Teknik analisa data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik statistik analisa regresi, korelasi, liner sederhana, atau korelasi product moment. Perhitungan uji korelasi untuk melihat hubungan antara sesama variabel menunjukkan bahwa pada perhitungan hubungan panjang lengan dan kekuatan otot lengan memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat dengan hasil lemparan ke dalam. Hal ini dapat dibukktikan pada kriteria pengujian dimana harga t hitung lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan t daftar, hingganya dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa panjang lengan dan kekuatan otot lengan memiliki hubungan secara langsung dan sangat kuat dengan hasil lemparan ke dalam pada cabang olahraga sepak bola.
Korelasi bersama antara variabel panjang lengan dan kekuatan otot lengan memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat dengan hasil lemparan ke dalam pada cabang olahraga sepak bola. Pada perhitungan korelasi berganda hasil r sebesar 0,89 sehingga dengan melihat kriteria pemenuhan uji korelasi termasuk pada kategori sangat kuat yaitu 0.80 - 1.0 hubungan korelasinya sangat kuat. Maka hipotesis penelitian ini terjawab serta dapat diterima.

This study was conducted with the aim of finding out if there is a Relationship between Arm Length and Arm Muscle Strength With The Results of Inward Throw in PNB FC Spak Athletes.
The research subjects used were PNB FC athletes with a sample of 10 athletes. Taknik data collection using tests and measurements where to measure the length of the arm from the shoulder joint to the tip of the middle finger with units of centimeters and in the measurement of arm muscle strength can be measured through Push-ups, while knowing the results of throw-ins, it is necessary to use the throw-in test.
Data analysis techniques used in this study are statistical techniques of regression analysis, correlation, simple liner, or product moment correlation. Calculations of correlation tests to look at the relationship between fellow variables showed that in the calculation of arm length and arm muscle strength relationships had a very strong relationship with the results of inward throws. This can be proven in the testing criteria where the price of t count is greater when compared to the T list, until it can be concluded that the length of the arm and the strength of the arm muscles have a direct and very strong relationship with the results of the throw-in in the sport of football.
The shared correlation between the variable length of the arm and the strength of the arm muscles has a very strong relationship with the results of inward throws in the sport of football. In the calculation of multiple correlations the result of r is 0.89 so by looking at the criteria of fulfillment of correlation test belongs to the category of very strong that is 0.80 - 1.0 correlation relationship is very strong. So this research hypothesis is answerable and acceptable.
