Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh masalah yaitu tidak adanya fungsi utang dalam pengelolaan kas kecil, dokumen yang digunakan hanya menggunakan Bukti Kas Keluar, kuitansi dan bukti pendukung lainnya sehingga mengakibatkan pencatatan kas kecil tidak efektif dan akurat sesuai prosedur yang sebenarnya menurut teori Mulyadi dalam Sistem Dana Kas kecil. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui secara jelas prosedur pencatatan pada objek penelitian. dalam melakukan penelitian ini peran peneliti sebagai instrumen utama terlibat langsung dalam proses penelitian dengan tehnik pengumpulan data yang dikumpulkan benar-benar akurat sesuai kebutuhan penelitian. penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian analisis deskriptif yaitu mendeskripsikan data yang diperoleh kemudian dibandingkan dengan teori yang relevan dengan masalah yang diteliti. Manfaat penelitian memberikan wawasan pengetahuan dan pengalaman kepada peneliti, dan memberikan informasi dan pembenahan kepada PT Zanur Linas Mandiri Automated Kawasaki HO Gorontalo mengenai pencatatan kas kecil.

The research results obtained from the problem that is not a function of debt in the management of petty cash, the documents used only using cash-out evidence, receipts, and other supporting evidence, resulting in petty cash records are not effective and accurate to the actual procedure according to the theory Mulyadi in Cash Fund System minor. purpose of this study was to determine clearly the procedure of recording the object of research. in conducting this study was to determine clearly the role of this procedure as the main instrument of researchers directly involved in the research process with a technique of gathering the data collected is completely accurate according to the needs of research. This study uses descriptive analysis of studies that describe the data obtained is then compared with the theory relevant to the problem is examined. benefits of the research provides insight into the knowledge and experience to the researcher, and provide information and improvements to PT Zanur Linas Mandiri Automated Kawasaki HO Gorontalo on petty cash records.
