NURMANTO Y. LABODU. 921 412 011. Pengaruh Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Agency Cost Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (Studi pada Perusahaan LQ45 yang Terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2012-2017). Skripsi. Badu, SE., M.Si sebagai pembimbing II.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan dan agency cost terhadap kinerja keuangan. Data dalam penelitian ini didapatkan dengan mengunduh data laporan keuangan perusahaan di situs bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2012-2017 sehingga data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan secara parsial struktur modal tidak signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2012-2017. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2012-2017. Agency cost tidak signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2012-2017. Hasil pengujian simultan menunjukan bahwa struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan dan agency cost bersama-sama berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R) adalah sebesar 16,4%.

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, firm size and agency cost on financial performance. Data in this research obtained by downloading data of company financial statements at stock exchange site of Indonesia year 2012-2017 so that data in this research is secondary data. Data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression.
The results of this study show partially capital structure does not significantly affect the financial performance of LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the year 2012-2017. The size of the company significantly affects the financial performance of LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2012-2017. Agency cost does not significantly affect the financial performance of LQ45 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the year 2012-2017. Simultaneous test results show that capital structure, firm size and agency cost together have a significant positive effect on financial performance. The coefficient of determination (R ) is 16.4%.
