Abstract
LIDIAWATI SUKADI. 921 414 160. 2018. Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pendapatan Pengusaha Kos (Studi Pada Pengusaha Kos Di Kelurahan Heledulaa Utara Kecamatan Kota Timur Kota Gorontalo). Skripsi. Program Studi S1 Akuntansi, Jurusan Akuntasi, Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Dibawah bimbingan Bapak La Ode Rasuli, S.Pd., SE., MSA dan Bapak Harun Blongkod, S.Pd., MSA.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal usaha, lokasi usaha, kondisi tempat usaha, dan promos terhadap pendapatan pengusaha kos. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 59 responden. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial modal usaha, lokasi usaha, kondisi tempat usaha tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pendapatan pengusaha kos, sedangkan promosi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pendapatan pengusaha kos. Secara simultan modal usaha, lokasi usaha, kondisi tempat usaha, dan promosi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pendapatan pengusaha kos. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) adalah sebesar 0,317 atau 31,7%.

The research aimed to investigate the influence of business capital, business location, the condition of the business place and promotion of income of boarding house owners. It involved 59 respondents as samples. As the source of data, the research used primary data namely questionnaire. The technique of analysis applied multiple regression analysis.
The research finding showed that partially, business capital, business location, and condition of business place do not have a positive and significant influence on the income of boarding house owners while promotion does. Then, simultaneously, business capitals, business location, the condition of the business place and promotion have a positive and significant influence on the income of boarding house owners. It is supported by the value of determination coefficient (R2) for 0,317 or 31,7%.
