Abstract
ABSTRAK Yuliyani Rumampuk, Nim 931 412 009, Pengaruh Motivasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Studi kasus pada PT. PLN Cabang Gorontalo) Program Studi S1 Manajemen , Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, 2016. Dibawah bimbingan Drs Maha Atma Kadji, M.Si, Selaku pembimbingan I dan Robiyati Podungge, S.Pd., MAP, Selaku Pembimbing II. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui "Pengaruh motivasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai". Data diperoleh melalui distribusi kuesioner dengan teknik penilaian skala likert 1-5. Uji validitas kesioner dilakukan menggunakan korelasi product moment, sementara uji realiabilitas dilakukan dengan AlpKTTha Cronbach. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Secara parsial dan simultan Motivasi, Gaya kepemimpinan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. PLN Cabang Gorontalo. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan menggunakan Uji regresi dengan bantuan Software SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil estimasi model persamaan regresi yang telah dilakukan diatas diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar 0,250. Nilai ini berarti bahwa sebesar 25% motivasi dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kinerja Pegawai ABSTRACT Yuliyani D. PLN Branch Of Gorontalo) Bachelor Study Program Of Management, Faculty of Economis, State University Of Gorontalo, 2016. Principal Supervisor is Drs. Maha Atma Kadji, M.Si and Co-supervisor is Robiyati Podungge, S,Pd., MAP. This research aims at investigating the influence of motivation and leadership style toward employees' performance. The data are gained through questionnaires distribution with likert scale 1-5 as estimation technique. Questionnaires validity test is done by applying product moment correlation while reliability test is done by applying Alpha Cronbach. The research result shows that partially and simultaneously, motivation and leadership style influences significantly the employees'performance ar PT. PLN, Branch of Gorontalo. It is proved by regression test with SPFF software assistance. Based on estimation model of regressionequation, it abtains the coefficient valueof R2 for 0,250. This means that 25%employees' performance is influenced by motivation and leadership style. Keywords: Motivation, Leadership Style, Employees' Performance
