Abstract
ABSTRAK Israwaty U. Ismail, NIM: 941416020. 2021 â�Å"Kinerja Pegawai Dalam Meningkatkan Pelayanan Publik Di Kecamatan Hulonthalangi Kota Gorontalo�. Jurusan Administrasi Publik Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo dengan Pembimbing I Dr. Zuchri Abdussamad, S.I.K., M.Si dan Pembimbing II Rustam Tohopi, S.Pd., M.Si. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja pegawai dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik di Kantor Kecamatan Hulonthalangi Kota Gorontalo. Adapaun metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan upaya melakukan wawancara, observasi awal, dan dokumentasi untuk membantu memperoleh informasi yang akurat dari informan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Hulonthalangi Kota Gorontalo sudah cukup baik, sebagaimana dapat kita lihat berdasarkan Kualitas kerja (Quality, kuantitas kerja (Quantity), ketepatan waktu (timelines), Keefektifan biaya (Cost-effectiveness), Kemandirian (Need for supervision) dan Komitmen Kerja (nterpersonal Impact). Adapun faktor penghambat dalam menjalankan tugas yaitu Faktor Individu, Faktor Psikologis dan Faktor Organisasi dalam pemberian pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Zuchri Abdussamad, S.I.K., M.Si. and the co-supervisor is Rustam Tohopi, S.Pd., M.Si. This study aims at finding out the employee performance in improving public service in Office of Hulonthalangi Subdistrict, Gorontalo City. The study employs a qualitative approach where interview, initial observation, and documentation are applied to obtain accurate information from the informants. The fiding of study reveals that the employee performance at Office of Hulonthalangi Subdistrict, Gorontalo City, has been sufficiently good where it is indicated by work quality, work quantity, timeliness, cost-effectiveness, independence (need for supervision), and work commitment (interpersonal impact). In the meantime, the obstacle factors in serving the community are individual, psychological, and organization. Keywords: Employee performance, Public Service
