Abstract
Mutiara Adelya Mahmud. 941418023. 2022. Pengaruh Perilaku Kerja Pegawai terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Otanaha Kota Gorontalo. Skripsi Program S1 Administrasi Publik, Jurusan Administrasi Publik, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, di bawah bimbingan Dr. Sri Yulianty Mozin, ST. MPA selaku pembimbing I dan Dr. Yacob Noho Nani, S.Pd, M.Si selaku pembimbing II. ���Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Perilaku Kerja Pegawai terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Otanaha Kota Gorontalo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan Kuantitatif yaitu merupakan penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan perhitungan-perhitungan yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan penelitian. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu seluruh jumlah pegawai pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Otanaha yang berjumlah 79 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pembagian kuesioner skala likert yang dibagikan kepada responden. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan uji normalitas data, analisis regresi sederhana, pengujian hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil dari Penelitian ini adalah Perilaku Kerja Pegawai (X) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik (Y) di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Otanaha Kota Gorontalo dengan total pengaruh sebesar 47,4% dan 52,6% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar variabel Perilaku Kerja Pegawai (X) seperti faktor pengawasan, kepemimpinan dan sebagainya. Semakin baik perilaku kerja pegawai, maka akan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Otanaha Kota Gorontalo. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan adanya pengaruh perilaku kerja pegawai terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Otanaha Kota Gorontalo. The objective of this research was to identify to what extent the effect of employee behavior on the quality of public services at the Otanaha Regional Public Hospital, Gorontalo City. This research method applied a quantitative approach, a research conducted using calculations related to research problems. The research samples were all employees at Otanaha Regional Public Hospital, amounting to 79 people. At the same time, the data were collected by scattering Likert scale questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique was carried out by data normality test, simple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination analysis. The research finding denoted that Employee Behavior (X) had a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Public Services (Y) at Otanaha Regional Public Hospital, Gorontalo City, with a total effect of 47.4%. In contrast, the remaining 52.6% were affected by other factors outside of the Employee Behavior (X) variables, such as factors of supervision, leadership, and so forth. The better the employee behavior, the better the quality of public services at Otanaha Regional Public Hospital, Gorontalo City To conclude, there was an effect of employee behavior on the quality of public services at Quanaha Regional Public Hospital, Gorontalo City.
