Abstract
Rinto Husain. 941418072. 2022. PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA PEGAWAI TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI KANTOR WILAYAH KEMENTERIAN HUKUM DAN HAM GORONTALO. S1 Ilmu Administrasi Publik, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial. Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Pembimbing 1 Bapak Dr. Ismet Sulila, S.E., M.Si dan pembimbing II Ibu Dr. Irawaty Igirisa, M.Si. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja pegawai terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik di Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Gorontalo. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara melakukan penyebaran angket atau kuisioner kepada Pegawai. Teknik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil uji analisis regresi menunjukan pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik di Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Gorontalo. Dengan demikian hipotesis (Ha) dapat diterima. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,283 Dengan kata lain bahwa sebesar 28,3% dari variabel bebas yaitu (X) Disiplin Kerja memberikan kontribusi untuk variabel (Y) Kualitas Pelayanan publik, adapun sisanya sebesar 0,717 atau 71,7% berupa kontribusi dari faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diikutsertakan dan diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kompensasi, Partisipasi, Budaya kerja dan Kepemimpinan Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Rinto Husain. 941418072. 2022. THE EFFECT OF EMPLOYEES' WORK DISCIPLINE ON THE QUALITY OF PUBLIC SERVICES AT THE GORONTALO REGIONAL OFFICE OF THE MINISTRY OF LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS Bachelor's Degree Program in Public Administration, Faculty of Social Sciences. Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. The Principal Supervisor is Dr. Ismet Sulila, S.E., M.Si, and the Co-supervisor is Dr. Irawaty Igirisa, M.Si. The research aimed to figure out the employees' work discipline on the quality of public services at the Gorontalo Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. The research samples were 30 people and the data used in this research were primary data. Furthermore, the data collection was carried out by scattering questionnaires to employees. At the same time, the data analysis technique applied simple regression analysis. The results of the regression analysis test indicated that there was an effect of employees' work discipline on the quality of public services at the Gorontalo Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. Thus, the hypothesis (Ha) could be accepted. Besides, the finding obtained an R Square value of 0.283. This meant that 28.3% of the independent variable (X) or work discipline contributed to the variable (Y) or quality of public services. In comparison, the remaining 0.717 or 71.7% was affected by other factors that were not included and examined in this research, such as compensation, participation, work culture and leadership.
