Abstract
ABSTRAK INDRIANI A. USMAN. 941418076. 2022. Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Gorontalo. Skripsi Jurusan S1 Administrasi Publik, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial. Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, dibawah bimbingan bapak Dr. Rustam Tohopi, S.Pd., M.Si selaku pembimbing 1 dan bapak Romy Tantu, S.Sos., M.Si selaku pembimbing 2. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Gorontalo. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini yakni kuantitatif dengan metode ex-post facto. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Adapun jumlah sampel sebanyak 55 orang yang diperoleh dari 118 populasi dengan rumus SLovin. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini yakni analisis kuantitatif inferensial regresi sederhana. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Gorontalo. Hasil positif menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan yang semakin baik maka akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja pegawai Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Gorontalo. Nilai koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar 0,630 yang berarti bahwa sebesar 63,00% Kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Gorontalo dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan. Adapun pengaruh dari variabel lain terhadap Kinerja pegawai sebesar 37,00% yakni variabel motivasi, disiplin kerja, budaya organisasi dan sebagainya Perdana (2020). Makna pengaruh positif signifikan dengan determinan sebesar 63,00% berarti bahwa pada Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Gorontalo, kinerja pegawai sangatlah ditentukan oleh kepemimpinan dibandingkan faktor kinerja lainnya, sehingga peningkatan kepemimpinan sangat mendukung terjadinya peningkatan pada kinerja pegawai. The principal supervisor is Dr. Rustam Tohopi, S.Pd., M.Si and the co-supervisor is Romy Tantu, S.Sos., M.Si. The research objective is to determine the influence of leadership on employee performance at the Regional Office of Ministry of Religious Affairs of Gorontalo Province. The approach used in this research is quantitative with ex-post facto method. The data collection is done by questionnaire, while the samples which are 55 people, are obtained from 118 populations determined through Slovin formula. The data analysis applied in this current research is quantitative and inference for simple linear regression analysis. The research findings show that leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Regional Office of Ministry of Religious Affairs of Gorontalo Province. The positive result indicates that better leadership would have an influence on improving the performance of the Regional Office of Ministry of Religious Affairs of Gorontalo Province. The value of the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.630, which means that 63.00% of the employee performance at the Regional Office of Ministry of Religious Affairs of Gorontalo Province is influenced by leadership. The influence of other variables on employee performance is 37.00% encompassing variables of motivation, discipline, organizational culture, and so on (Perdana 2020). The meaning of significant and positive influence with a deteminant of 63.00% is that at the Regional Office of Ministry of Religious Affairs of Gorontalo Province. The employee performance is largely determined by leadership compared to other perfomance factors, so that an increase in leadership strongly supports an increase in employee perfomance.
