Abstract
ABSTRAK SITI RAHMATIA ADAM. 941418079. 2022 Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Di Asrama Haji Embarkasi Antara Provinsi Gorontalo. Program S1 Administrasi Publik, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo dengan pembimbing I Dr. Yanti Aneta, S.Pd., M.Si dan dosen pembimbing II Rustam Tohopi, S.Pd., M.Si Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Di Asrama Haji Embarkasi Antara Provinsi Gorontalo dilihat dari beberapa indikator (a) bukti fisik, (b) kemampuan, (c) empati, (d) responsive, (e) jaminan dan (2) Faktor-faktor Penentu Keberhasilan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Di Asrama Haji Embarkasi Antara Provinsi Gorontalo meliputi, (a) kepemimpinan, (b) kompetensi, dan (c) komunikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang digunakan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa (1) Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Di Asrama Haji Embarkasi Antara Provinsi Gorontalo dilihat dari lima indikator yaitu bukti fisik, kemampuan, empati, responsive, dan jaminan telah berjalan dengan baik dan memberikan kepuasan kepada masyarakat maupun calon jamaah yang dilayani, tetapi masih belum maksimal karena memiliki kekurangan dalam segi bukti fisik yaitu belum adanya struktur organisasi untuk karyawan asrama haji dan keterbatasannya SDM Di Asrama Haji Embarkasi Antara Provinsi Gorontalo, (2) Faktor ���" Faktor Penentu Keberhasilan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Di Asrama Haji Embarkasi Antara Provinsi Gorontalo yang meliputi faktor Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi, dan Komunikasi berdasarkan hasil penelitian merupakan faktor penentu kualitas pelayanan yang diketahui melalui observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan selama penelitian berlangsung. The principal supervisor is Dr. Yanti Aneta, S.Pd., M.Si and the co-supervisor is Rustam Tohopi, S.Pd., M.Si This study aims to determine (1) the quality of public services at Embarkasi Antara Hajj Dormitory of Gorontalo Province seen from several indicators (a) physical evidence. (b) ability, (c) empathy, (d) responsiveness, (e) assurance, and (2) factors that determine the success of public services quality at Embarkasi Antara Hajj Dormitory of Gorontalo Province include, (a) leadership, (b) competence, and (c) communication. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive research, while the data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results, it can be concluded that (1) the quality of public service at Embarkasi Antara Hajj Dormitory of Gorontalo Province seen from five indicators, namely physical evidence, ability empath, responsiveness, and assurance, has gone well and provides satisfaction to the community and prospective hajjis. However, it is still not optimal because it has shortcomings in terms of physical evidence, where the absence of an organizational structure for hajj dormitory employees and limited human resources. (2) Determinants of the success the Public Services Quality at Embarkasi Antara Hajj Dormitory of Gorontalo Province include Leadership, Competence, and Communication factors based on the research results are the determining factors for service quality which are discovered through observations and interviews during the research.
