Abstract
ABSTRAK SITI MUTIA HUNAINI. 941418104, 2022. STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN DESTINASI WISATA DI KABUPATEN BONE BOLANGO, PROVINSI GORONTALO (STUDY KASUS, MONUMEN CENTER POINT) Skripsi Program S1 Administrasi Publik, Jurusan Administrasi Publik, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo dengan pembimbing I Dr. Fenti Prihatini Dance Tui, S.Pd., M.Si dan pembimbing II Dr. Rustam Tohopi, S.Pd., M.Si Tujuan pelaksanaan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan 1.Potensi apa saja yang ada di Monumen Center Point untuk di kembangkan, dan melihat kendala apa saja yang ada di objek wisata tersebut untuk dapat di lakukan usaha pengembangan kawasan objek wisata. Yang dikaji dari SWOT ANALISIS 1) Kekuatan (strenghts) 2) Kelemahan (weakness) 3) Peluang (opportunities) 4) Ancamanan (threats), Untuk melihat sejauh mana penerapan strategi Pengembangan objek wisata dalam meningkatkan wisatawan yang berdasarkan Analisis Swot. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Informan penelitian berjumlah 6 (enam) orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sebagai Kesimpulan dari Penlitian ini adalah, Masih kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam Menjaga dan melestarikan destinasi wisata monumen center point, sehingga menimbulkan kerusakan sarana dan prasarana yang telah di sediakan PEMDA bertujuan untuk menarik daya tarik wisatawan yang akan berkunjung menikmati beberapa potensi yang ada di center point, seperti Potensi Wisata Alam, Potensi bahari, potensi kuliner. Adapun beberapa implementasi strategi pengembangan yang teridentifikasi yang dilakukan yakni, (1) Koordinasi yang terus dilakukan kepada pemerintah dan warga sekitar kawasan Objek Wisata, (2) mengidentifikasi secara menyeluruh terhadap objek yang akan dikembangkan (3) pengembagan yang dilakukan harus terfokus pada pusat objek wisata. The purpose of this research is to find out and describe 1. What are the potentials in the Center Point Monument to be developed, and see what obstacles exist in the tourist attraction so that efforts to develop the tourist attraction area can be carried out. What is studied from SWOT ANALYSIS 1) Strengths 2) Weaknesses 3) Opportunities 4) Threats, To see the extent to which the implementation of the tourism object development strategy in increasing tourists based on the SWOT analysis. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Research informants amounted to 6 (six) people. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. As a conclusion from this research, there is still a lack of public awareness in maintaining and preserving the tourist destinations of the center point monument, causing damage to the facilities and infrastructure that have been provided by the local government aimed at attracting tourists who will visit to enjoy some of the potential that exists at the center point, such as Natural Tourism Potential, Maritime Potential, Culinary Potential. There are several implementations of the identified development strategies carried out, namely, (1) ongoing coordination with the government and residents around the tourism object area, (2) overall identification of the object to be developed, (3) development carried out must focus on the center of the tourist attraction.
